Optimal Employee Relations, LLC (“OER”) was founded by Brooke Poling, Esq., SHRM-CP to help businesses like yours navigate complex and time-consuming human resource issues.

 

Brooke began her career as an employment law attorney, assisting companies in developing best practices and stepping in when difficult legal obstacles arose.
